47,000 SF of Office Space Inked by Donahue Assoc. At Former Chadwick’s HQ To Fortune 500 Co.

WEST BRIDGEWATER– On behalf of Ajax Partners, Donahue Associates Inc. has procured a Fortune 500 company for 47,000 sq. ft. of office space located at 35 United Drive. Ajax Partners was represented by Mark & Betsy Donahue.
The open floor plates and ample parking at 35 United enabled the tenant to consolidate two of their existing facilities. The tenant, who Donahue Associates relayed, “asked to remain anonymous” at this time will join existing office tenants, Residential Mortgage Services and Doctors Management Group, and will occupy all but approximately 5,000 sq. ft. of the primary office space. The back-office space will remain unoccupied. Plantation Products, Inc. and Jiffy Products of America currently occupy all 490,000 sq. ft. of industrial space at the property.
Stuart Silberberg, Ajax Partners Principal, spoke about the impact the tenant will have on the site. “We are delighted to have this tenant as our anchor office tenant at 35 United Drive, they bring stability, credibility and a long-term perspective to the property,” extolled Silberberg. “Both the landlord and the tenant spent substantial capital to upgrade the infrastructure, space, and finishes to create first-class office space,” continued Silberberg.
35 United Drive is the former Chadwick’s of Boston Headquarters Facility. Ajax Partners originally purchased the property in 2014, and since then have repositioned the asset into a modern office and warehousing facility with competitive pricing.
