HUDSON MA–Bret O’ Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the seller of 108 Forest Avenue in Hudson, Massachusetts. The 30,000 square foot flex building was bought by Security Enhanced Machinery Inc., which provides comprehensive end-of-life solutions for the protection of sensitive information in government and commercial markets.
Greater Boston Commercial traded the asset for $2,575,000, which is nearly double what the seller paid for the property in 2011. The Sellers’s former company, Facilis, leases 10,000 Sq Ft and will remain in the property as a tenant.
