MEDWAY–Bret O’Brien and Ben Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties recently sold the 28,862 Sq. Ft. Industrial Building at 4 Marc Road to 4 Marc Road, LLC for $2,000,000.
In a release by O’Brien, the buyer has signed a long term lease with a marijuana cultivation tenant that will include a complete renovation to the property. In turn, Greater Boston Commercial Properties is now marketing the property for sale on behalf of the facilities new owner as a single tenant net leased property for $2,850,000 with $284,501 in net operation income, which represents a capitalization rate of 10%
