Dartmouth Company Marketing 14,180 SF Bay Village Lot for Development Opportunity

September 03, 2019
132 Arlington Street, Boston MA

BOSTON–The Dartmouth Company has been retained by National Amusements to sell 132 Arlington Street, in Boston’s historic Bay Village. This future development site is currently leased to Central Parking. The property consists of 14,180 square feet of surface parking. A Call For Offers will be held on September 20, 2019. Peter Considine and David Smookler of The Dartmouth Company are representing the Seller.

“The 132 Arlington Street site represents a rare opportunity for area developers to thoughtfully execute and plan while continuing to collect income. We have been in contact with users and developers from multiple asset classes; residential development may ultimately be the best use for parcel,” said Peter Considine.

Supporting the efforts at 132 Arlington Street, The Dartmouth Company has launched Converge Ventures, a new mixed-use and multi-family real estate services joint venture led by Jeff Hamilton from Columbus & Over Group and The Dartmouth Company.
