BOSTON– Workbar has chosen Cushman & Wakefield to represent the co-working network during its national expansion, including the Greater Boston area. Tom Ashe, Executive Director, and Rob Byrne, Managing Director, will lead the mandate.

There are currently eight Workbar locations around the Greater Boston area. In a press statement, the company touted its successful platform as a proven “Hub and Spoke” model pairs downtown and surrounding suburban locations to collaborate and create a regional network of coworking spaces convenient for entrepreneurs, startup companies, and enterprise employees alike.

Ashe spoke on behalf of the exclusive assignment. “We are excited to accelerate Workbar’s expansion throughout the Boston area; the company has already established an impressive network of innovative coworking spaces … we hope to continue their growth trajectory in and around Boston and engage in a strategy to look outside of Greater Boston,” extolled Ashe.

Byrne also elaborated on Workbar’s success. “Coworking has solidified itself as a viable business model and creative way for start-ups and established companies alike to operate their businesses…partnering with Workbar is a tremendous opportunity, and we’re thrilled about contributing to the continued success,” furthered Byrne.
