Lovejoy Wharf, Boston MA

BOSTON—Related Beal, Boston Mayor Martin J. Walsh, and Massachusetts Secretary of Transportation Stephanie Pollack officially opened Lovejoy Wharf on Thursday, August 10th.

Boston’s newest waterfront living option is centrally located just steps from Downtown, Beacon Hill, Charlestown and the North End. Just a few years ago, the wharf was a dilapidated and closed-off section of the city’s waterfront. Today, however, it houses two brand new buildings and a completely restored Harborwalk.

Related Beal collaborated with Robert A.M. Stern Architects to create a sophisticated 15-story property offering 157 condominium residences, exclusive amenities and signature concierge services. Related Beal also developed the neighboring building, which now houses Converse’s world headquarters comprised of more than 600 employees.
