Avison Young Brings 300 Cambridge St to 100% with Two New Leases for Heritage

BOSTON — Global real estate advisor Avison Young arranged two full-floor leases at 300 Cambridge Street, a 25,010-square-foot office building with ground-floor retail located in Boston’s Beacon Hill neighborhood, bringing the building to 100% occupancy.

Alpha School, an AI-powered private school, signed a new lease for the entire fourth floor totaling 4,959 SF. Fathom Information Design, a software company, extended its 4,414-sf lease for the entire fifth floor.

Avison Young Senior Vice President Kirk Weller represented the landlord, Heritage Equity, LLC in both leases.

“In less than 12 months after being engaged by ownership to address two potential full-floor vacancies, we successfully identified and secured a new tenant and negotiated a lease extension that stabilized the property,” said Weller. “300 Cambridge offers the rare opportunity to be a full-floor tenant in less than 5,000-sf, which —combined with its prime Beacon Hill location—attracted two high-quality tenants.”
