$2.5M Sale of Burlington Flex Space To Winn Street Services Via Mansard

BURLINGTON–Mansard completed the sale of 15 Wall Street. Originally developed in the 1950s by Harold Donahue, 15 Wall Street was home to Donahue’s Furniture for over 6 decades. The 11,215 +/- SF single-story flex building received strong interest from the market and with multiple offers, which culminated in a sale to Winn Street Services.
Mansard offered the property for sale and generated completing bids within 60 days of hitting the market. The property was placed under agreement and resulted in a $223/SF sale price 180 days later. Jeremy Cyrier, CCIM, Leo Villanueva, and Taylor Saunier represented the Donahue family in the disposition and procured Winn Street Services as the buyer.
